Hello, I’m Cathy

I’m an internationally certified coach, and someone who has walked through real fire — childhood adversity, marriage and divorce, multiple health crises, and learning, the hard way, who truly has your back — and who doesn’t.

One of my deepest strengths — forged through necessity — is the ability to look clearly at what isn’t working. To read a situation honestly, gather what is still valuable, identify transferable skills, and pivot into a completely new direction. I have reinvented myself multiple times, not by choice, but to survive. Each time, I came out clearer about who I am and what I’m here to do.

That is what I bring into every coaching relationship: not theory, but lived experience. The courage to see clearly, the tools to move forward, and the deep knowing that you are far more capable than you currently believe.

Around 2010, something shifted in me — quietly at first, then undeniably. I began a deep study of metaphysics and the spiritual world. Gifts I had always sensed within me began to fully emerge: psychic intuition, the ability to channel energy, to read cards, to dowse, to sense the colours a person needs, and to interpret the numbers that shape a soul’s path.

This awakening became the foundation of everything I now offer — a way of meeting my clients not just in their story, but in their pure energetic truth. I work at the intersection of soul and strategy, helping women find their own clarity, trust their inner wisdom, and step into the life they were always meant to live.
